Junior Digital Designer

Our Junior Digital Designer will create web designs and assets as part of effective marketing and brand campaigns for A to Z clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create and execute concepts for digital advertising and client assets
  • Develop projects from initial concepting through launch, while collaborating with our marketing and account services teams
  • Tell a rich brand story through digital media, utilizing understanding of marketing and creative strategy
  • Responsive template creation, narrative-driven page design, and basic understanding of UX best practices
  • Design for mobile and touch devices using best practices
  • Support the marketing team by designing for internal and external A to Z marketing efforts
  • Support development of multimedia content efforts, such as broadcast and digital videos, digital signage, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, animation, podcasts, and more
  • Adapt style and design to suit a range of different brands and industries

 

Pre-Requisites

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of graphic design experience and proven ability to produce content that demonstrates a clear understanding of clients’ brands and goals
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Previous experience designing landing pages, iconography, banners, infographics, social media campaigns, ads, emails, etc.
  • Understand user interface design, architecture, and functionality according to usability best practices and responsive design
  • Interest in growing into a Mid-level Designer and eventually, an Associate Creative Director
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage details on multiple projects
  • Understand HTML and other web-based technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with colleagues
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and schedules

Digital Content Writer

Our Digital Content Writer will develop short- and long-form pieces as part of effective marketing campaigns for A to Z clients. This will be a key role on our marketing team, and they will also contribute to content strategy and written content development, including written components of multimedia content like videos and podcasts. This content developer will also act as a copy editor and review internal and external documents for teams. This person can be based in either Pittsburgh or the Bluffton/Savannah region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work across practice groups to support clients and develop content strategies and editorial calendars for multiple clients
  • Research industries/markets and relevant studies to proactively pitch ideas internally and develop engaging content including byline articles, press releases, blog posts, whitepapers, ad units, and reports to reach target audiences for A to Z clients
  • Adapt style and tone of voice to suit a range of different brands, industries, and platforms, as well as outline and draft fresh content based on research
  • Ensure that content is keyworded properly for SEO
  • Copyedit and proofread content created by A to Z team members
  • Support the marketing team on developing content for internal and external A to Z marketing efforts
  • Understand distribution channels and their associated metrics, specs, best practices, and requirements including media outlets, social media platforms, and ad platforms
  • Ability to adjust copy on the fly to optimize marketing and ad campaigns
  • Support development of multimedia content efforts, such as videos, podcasts, and more

 

Pre-Requisites

  • Bachelor's degree in media, communications, marketing, or journalism 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of copywriting experience and proven ability to produce content that demonstrates a clear understanding of clients’ industries
  • Previous proven experience creating content and copy for a range of online mediums including blogs, websites, infographics, and social media campaigns
  • Strong creative writing, researching, and editing skills
  • Ability to adapt style and tone of voice to suit a range of different clients and industries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise both with both colleagues and clients
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and schedules

Digital Community Manager

Our Digital Community Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with our teams to translate client objectives into digital content calendars and engagement strategies that generate brand excitement, meaningful engagement, and ROI. This lover of social media will analyze data to formulate and execute content strategies. They are a critical link between our clients and their social media followers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily plan for client brands across all social channels in coordination with the overall comprehensive marketing calendars and seed conversations with key client messages
  • Working with our writers, lead the development and aggregation of content needed to execute on planned content calendars on a quarterly basis
  • Develop and own clients’ live social media strategy for IG, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
  • Deliver regular reports with comprehensive metrics and actionable insights to optimize content performance and future campaigns
  • Stay on top of trends, social culture, and latest platform best practices
  • Schedule and execute all promotional and clients’ customer-facing messaging within social, in-app, and community-facing channels
  • Respond to all customer reviews across all third-party websites, collaborating with Account Supervisors
  • Identify new conversation streams in existing and new channels, and participate on behalf of the brands to build awareness and create engagement
  • Adapt style and tone of voice to suit a range of different clients, industries, and platforms
  • Ensure that content is keyworded properly for SEO
  • Copyedit and proofread content created by A to Z team members

 

Pre-Requisites

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Expert level understanding of social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
  • Experience in creating and producing reels, IGTV snippets, and top quality in-feed Instagram posts
  • Strong storytelling skills and a love for social media’s power to tell these stories and interact with audiences
  • Skilled in listening and understanding the real needs and concerns of our clients’ customers
  • Flexibility to adjust schedules and plans to accommodate changing business needs
  • Aptitude to learn new tools and grow into a more senior role
  • Pursues work with energy and drive, with an ability to take initiative and work collaboratively with our teams
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and schedules
