Hill House Association
Selected as Hill House’s agency of record, A to Z manages internal and external public relations and develops strategic marketing communications and annual plans, as well as events and fundraising initiatives. In addition, A to Z coordinated and edited “Voices from the Hill: Fifty Years of Community Commitment,” a commemorative coffee table book celebrating Hill House’s 50th anniversary.
“The team at A to Z goes above and beyond in their support of Hill House Association. Because of A to Z, we’ve seen an increase in both awareness and positive perception of our work among potential donors and the community at large.”
Cheryl Hall-Russell, Hill House President and CEO
When Hill House renewed a commitment to the community to build a full-service grocery store and shopping plaza in the Hill District, A to Z embarked on a two-year journey to fulfill this pledge. It took months of dedicated work to get the store to be a reality, and upon completion, A to Z arranged a history-making press conference which gained unprecedented regional, state, and national media coverage.
A to Z was excited to plan the celebration for Hill House’s 50th anniversary. A series of events throughout the year brought a variety of international performers to Pittsburgh — including Wil Haygood, author of "The Butler"; Broadway star Audra McDonald; and the Harlem Boys and Girls Choir.
